If you have a non-urgent case request, we will review any paranormal incidents that you may have experienced. If you are out of our area we will refer you to the organization in your area that can help you. The following formula works best for us:

1. Please assemble a VHS video tape, DVD, or even webcam of yourself stating your situation.
2. Introduce yourself and explain your problem in detail.
3. If you have actually documented the activity on film, please include this evidence.
4. Make sure to include a cover letter which includes all of the particulars of your case, as well as your location and a number where you can be reached!
5. Give us footage of the building, interior and exterior.
6. If you cannot provide us with footage, just do the best that you can.
